The NEET 2024 results were announced on June 4, and since then, many concerns regarding paper leaks and irregularities have been raised. AISA on Tuesday, joined the protest call by NEET aspirants at the NTA headquarters, where students raised their concerns about faults in the exam process and the results. They demanded the scrapping of the results and a re-conduction of the NEET exam. Additionally, they reiterated their demand to discontinue allotting tenders to NTA for any further exams.

AISA Delhi State Secretary Neha, along with parents and aspirants, submitted a memorandum including the demands raised by the students. Initially, the NTA director refused to meet with the aspirants and parents, but after prolonged protest, one official met the students and accepted the memorandum.

AISA Delhi State Secretary Neha said, "Director of Examination, Vijay Kumar, met with us and acknowledged all the faults highlighted in our memorandum, including the faulty 'grace marks', the paper leak in Patna, and the discrepancies in marking, but he informed us that he has no power over the issue."

"While we were informed that a committee is being formed to look into the issue of grace marks, we were not provided with the constituents of this 'independent committee'. We want to ask the NTA and its parent body, the Ministry of Education, how long they plan to escape all responsibility and play with the lives of students," Neha added.
