NEET PG Exam 2021: Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Tuesday announced the dates for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Postgraduate) 2021 examination. According to the schedule, the National Board of Examination (NBE) will conduct the NEET PG 2021 examination on September 11, 2021, at various centres spread across the country.
"We have decided to conduct #NEET Postgraduate exam on 11th September 2021. My best wishes to young medical aspirants!," the Minister tweeted on Tuesday.
Earlier, the Prime Minister's Office in an official statement had announced that the NEET-PG Exam to be postponed for at least 4 months to boost the availability of medical personnel to fight COVID-19.
"NEET-PG is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single entrance examination for admission to various MD/MS and PG Diploma Courses," reads the official NEET PG 2021 information bulletin.
Earlier on Monday, Union Education Minister announced that the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-Undergraduate) 2021 examination will be conducted on September 12, 2021. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the NEET (UG) 2021 examination in 11 languages, including Hindi and English through Pen and Paper mode. The total duration of the examination is three hours. The online registration process for the NEET UG 2021 examination begins today. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the NEET UG 2021 examination online at ntaneet.nic.in.
