NEET PG 2024 Supreme Court Hearing: The Supreme Court will resume hearing on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) PG 2024 case on November 19. During the last hearing on Friday, the petitioner's counsel raised significant concerns regarding the NEET PG 2024 examination process. They highlighted the absence of a published information memorandum and a standard operating procedure (SOP) for conducting the exam. The petitioner also pointed out that states are experiencing confusion over the counseling process, emphasizing the urgency of the situation.

In response, the counsel for the National Board of Examinations (NBE) defended the board’s longstanding policy of not providing answer scripts to candidates, which has sparked debate over the transparency of the examination process. Justice JB Pardiwala acknowledged the need for a more comprehensive review of these concerns and announced that the matter would be rescheduled for further hearing on a Non-Miscellaneous Day.
