Manipur 10th Result 2019: The Board of Secondary Education, Manipur (BSEM) is expected to declare the Manipur Class 10th Result 2019 today i.e. on 16th May 2019. The results of High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) will be hosted on the official websites of BSEM - manresults.nic.in, bsem.nic.in. Approximately 41,000 students are estimated to have appeared for the Manipur HSLC Exams 2019 which were held from 17th March to 4th April 2019.

In 2018, the BSEM HSLC pass percentage had jumped to 73.18%, highest in the past five years. The results were announced by Th Radheshyam Singh, Education Minister, Manipur and BSEM Chairperson Akham Joykumar Singh at a press conference held in Shillong.

A total of 37,351 students had appeared for the exams, out of which 27,126 were declared pass. 11,550 students had achieved first division, while 14,558 students had got second and 1018 passed the exams with third division. A total of 68 students had made it to the Top 25 positions, out of which 36 were girls and 32 boys.

The meritorious State Topper tag was claimed by Yaiphabi Mayengbam of Little Flower School, Imphal who had scored 573/600 marks i.e. 95.5%. School-wise, private schools had led the charts with 80.84% students passing the class 10th
exams, while the pass percentage in aided and government-run schools stood at 62.01% and 50.59%, respectively.
