Exams Postponed Due To Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Several competitive exams and entrance exams have been postponed due to the Lok Sabha elections 2024. Lok Sabha elections 2024 are scheduled to take place from April 19 to June 1, 2024. Several exams and entrance tests are affected by the elections nationwide. Dates for many exams have changed. The affected exams include JEE Main, UPSC prelims, NEET PG, KCET, MHT CET, TS EAPCET, TS POLYCET, and ICAI CA exams, among others. The dates for these exams have been revised accordingly.


Here is the list of exams that are postponed due to Loksabha Elections.


JEE Main 2024


- Originally scheduled between April 4 and 15. 

- Revised dates: April 4 and 12.

- Two shifts For Paper 1: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

- One shift for Paper 2: 9 am to 12:30 pm


MHT-CET (PCM Group):

- Originally scheduled between April 16 and 30.

- Revised dates: May 2 to 17.


MHT-CET (PCB Group):
 
- Originally scheduled between April 22 and 30.


TS EAPCET 2024:

- Exam dates: May 9, 10, 11, and 12, 2024.

- Two shifts: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.


TS POLYCET:

- Initially scheduled for May 17, 2024.

- Revised date: May 24, 2024.

- Timing: 11:00 am to 1:30 pm.


AP EAPCET 2024:

- Exam dates: May 16 to 22, 2024.


UPSC Civil Service Exam (Prelims):

- Originally scheduled for May 26, 2024.

- Rescheduled to June 16, 2024.


NEET PG 2024:

- Exam postponed to June 23, 2024.

- Results expected by July 15, 2024.


ICAI CA Exam:

- CA Intermediate exams for Group 1: May 3, 5, and 9, 2024.

- CA Intermediate exams for Group 2: May 11, 15, and 17, 2024.

The CUET UG exams are currently scheduled to take place between May 15 and 31, 2024. However, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is considering revising these dates due to the overlapping election schedule. 


Candidates who are going to appear for any of these exams should stay updated with the latest announcements from the respective exam conducting authorities. It is advisable to regularly check the official websites and notifications from these authorities to avoid any inconvenience.
