Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has not placed any minimum qualifying criteria or cut-off for Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2021 Engineering Admission. Students clearing KCET 2021 are eligible for direct admission to various undergraduate engineering courses offered by participating colleges.
Admissions to UG Courses would be based on merit:
All students who clear KCET 2021 would be eligible to get direct merit-based admission to UG engineering courses. Students will have to keep their original documents ready for the verification process as KEA will verify all documents before the admission process moves further.
KCET 2021 Counselling to start soon:
Counselling for KCET 2021 students would be starting soon and students will be allowed to choose their preferred seats. Allocation of seats would be done on basis of students' choice. As a part of the final round of the KCET 2021 admission process, students will have to report to their allotted centre.
Results for KCET 2021 released on September 20:
Results for KCET 2021 were released on their official website, www.cetonline.karnataka.gov.in on September 20. The results are available on the website for students to check. Students could access their results using asked credentials such as their roll number and date of birth.
A total of 2,01,834 students had registered for KCET 2021 this year, out of which 1,93,447 appeared for the examination. KCET 2021 was organized by KEA at 86 centres in Bengaluru and 444 centres outside the state.
