The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the revised dates for the May 2024 CA Intermediate and Final exams today, March 19, 2024. The ICAI May 2024 exams were previously scheduled from May 2 to May 13, 2024. However, these exams are being rescheduled due to considerations related to the upcoming 'Lok Sabha Elections' 2024. Candidates can check the updated timetable on the official website at icai.org.


In the wake of the upcoming elections, the ICAI has rescheduled the ICAI CA Intermediate, Final and International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT – AT) exams. However, candidates must note that the ICAI CA Foundation exam in June shall be held as per the previously planned dates. "It is hereby notified for general information that in view of Elections to the 18 th Lok Sabha across India, Chartered Accountant Examinations, May 2024 stand rescheduled," the ICAI said in an official notice while announcing the revised dates for the ICAI CA May 2024 Exams. 


"It may further be noted that there would be no change in the examination schedule in the event of any day of the examination schedule mentioned above, being declared a Public Holiday by the Central Government or any State Government / Local Authority. However, it is clarified that the other particulars / details as announced vide Important Announcement dated 25th January 2024 hosted on www.icai.org shall remain unchanged. The Candidates are advised to note the above and stay in touch with the website of the Institute, www.icai.org. ," the notice adds further.


By rescheduling the exam dates, ICAI aims to provide students with a conducive and secure environment to demonstrate their knowledge and skills. For more details on the ICAI CA May 2024 Exams, candidates are advised to visit the official website.
