India is lifting its lockdown in a phased manner and at present the first phase of ‘unlock’ is ongoing. According to the guidelines by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), all religious places will be thrown open in non-containment zones from June 8. Hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality services and even shopping malls are allowed to reopen in the non-containment zones.
Whereas schools, colleges, educational training institutes will open in phase 2. The guidelines say that this will be done only after consulting state governments and UT administrations, which in turn may hold further consultation with parents, before taking a decision.
Haryana board has also announced that the pending exams of class 12 will take place from July 1-15. The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) also said that results for class 10 will be declared on June 8 but only for four subjects. The results will be available online on their official website bseh.org.in.
