Jaipur: Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma on Sunday made a significant announcement for the state's youth this past Sunday. He stated that 1 lakh government job vacancies will be filled this year. Additionally, CM Bhajanlal Sharma said that his government is making every effort to provide employment to the youth.






Sharma also stated that the Rajasthan government will enhance sports facilities for the state's youth to boost their representation in the Olympic Games.


CM Bhajanlal Sharma was addressing a meeting in Dungarpur, Dausa, on Sunday regarding the announcements made in this year's revised budget. During this time, he mentioned that the BJP government formed an SIT for prompt investigation and swift action against those involved in the paper leak cases.


The chief minister criticised the previous Congress government for alleged delays in the Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project (ERCP) and cases of exam paper leaks.


CM Sharma stated that the state government is dedicated to the upliftment of the poor, youth, farmers, and women, and the revised budget is an inclusive budget. The ERCP will resolve the drinking water and irrigation issues for the farmers of eastern Rajasthan. He also mentioned that an MoU has been signed for the revised Parvati-Kalisindh-Chambal Link Project (Integrated PKC-ERCP).







"The previous government delayed and misled the ERCP, while the BJP-led state government has paved the way for ERCP to address drinking water and irrigation needs for the farmers of eastern Rajasthan," he said.

30,000 To Be Filled Within A Year: Telangana CM


Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on July 26 announced that his government has filled 30,000 job vacancies within 90 days of assuming office and is on track to recruit an additional 30,000 youth within its first year.


Speaking at the passing-out parade of a new batch of firemen, he highlighted that appointment letters were handed over to about 30,000 youth within 90 days of taking power in December last year. Furthermore, notifications have been issued to fill another 30,000 posts, including 11,000 teacher positions under the District Selection Committee (DSC), as well as roles in Group-1, Group-2, Group-3 state services, and other government departments.
