A total of 18684 students had appeared for matriculation exams, out of which 17278 candidates have qualified the examination. Girls and boys have registered 92.64% and 92.31% pass percentages, respectively.
A total of 98 schools have reported 100% results, Salcete leading the charts with 15 schools registering all its students pass, 13 schools in Ponda, 12 in Pernem and 10 in Tiswadi.
Paingin centre has registered highest pass percentage with 100% result, while the lowest pass percentage has been recorded by Panaji with 85.87% students qualifying to the next level.
