The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee will close the registration process for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025, without a late fee, tomorrow, September 26. Interested and eligible candidates can complete the GATE 2025 application through the official website at gate2025.iitr.ac.in. The GATE 2025 registration process involves filling out the application form, uploading the required documents, selecting two GATE papers and three preferred examination cities, and submitting the application fee. IIT Roorkee will conduct the GATE 2025 exam on February 1, 2, 15, and 16 for admission to master's programmes at the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bengaluru, and other participating institutions.
GATE 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Students in the third year or higher of any undergraduate program, or those who have completed a government-recognized degree in engineering, technology, architecture, science, commerce, arts, or humanities, are eligible to apply for GATE 2025. Additionally, students pursuing undergraduate degrees from institutions outside India are also eligible.

- A high-quality photograph of the candidate.

- Scanned copy of a valid photo ID in PDF format from one of the following: Aadhaar-UID, passport, PAN card, voter ID, or driving license.
