Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday announced to provide free coaching facility for students of the state appearing in various competitive examinations from Basant Panchami. The programme has been named ‘Abhyudaya’.

“In the first phase, it will be in 18 divisional headquarters of the state, where coaching will be imparted physically and virtually. Officials will also devote their time and experts will also be posted there,” PTI quoted Adityanath as saying.


Asserting that educational infrastructure of various universities and colleges would be used for providing free coaching to the students for which a panel too would be formed, he said the coaching centres will give a new platform to the youth and motivate them to scale new heights.


Recalling his last year promise that no student of Uttar Pradesh will have to leave the state for coaching in other states, Adityanath announced the provision for free coaching.


The Chief Minister also lauded his government for ensuring law and order situation in the state.


“We are not only tightening the noose around criminals and mafia elements but also against professional and dynastic criminals. As a result, UP has moved ahead on the immense scope of investment. We have made government jobs available for four lakh youths,” he added during his address on the state’s Foundation Day.


Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma, who was also present on the occasion, lauded the development taking place under Yogi Adityanath while lambasting the earlier governments in Uttar Pradesh.
