DU UG Admission 2024: The University of Delhi (DU) will close the choice filling window for the undergraduate (UG) mop-up round counselling 2024 today, October 2, at 11:59 PM. Candidates can complete their choice filling through the official website at ugadmission.uod.ac.in. The registration for the DU UG mop-up round 2024 concluded on September 29. According to official data, 4,759 seats remain vacant, and 9,616 candidates registered for the mop-up round.


Admission will be based on merit scores from the qualifying exam, and eligibility criteria vary by programme. In total, 311 options across various colleges and programs are available. The seat allotment results for the DU UG mop-up round will be released between October 3 and 5, and colleges will announce the selected candidates by 5 PM on October 5. Those allotted seats must report to their colleges by October 6 to finalise their admission.

Step 1: Visit the official admission portal at ugadmission.uod.ac.in.


Step 2: Submit your CUET application number and password and login.


Step 3: Enter required details to complete choice filling.


Step 4: Submit your application form.


Step 5: Download the confirmation page.

The mop-up round is conducted to admit candidates to select colleges and programs. The university has listed the vacant seats for these shortlisted colleges and programs on the admission website, where the mop-up round is applicable.


Admission in the mop-up round will be determined by the merit score from the qualifying examination, according to the program-specific eligibility criteria outlined in the Information Bulletin.
