The Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB), Delhi University has released the first cut-off list for admission to BA and BCom courses. Candidates can check and download the cut-off list on the official website of Delhi University (DU) at ncweb.du.ac.in. Online admission against the first cut-off list will start tomorrow, August 23 at 10 am and will continue till 11.59 pm of August 25. The colleges will approve the applications of students by August 26 and the last date to submit the fee is August 27.
“The first cut-off list for admissions to BA (Programme) and BCom courses of the Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (NCWEB), for the academic year 2024-2025 is being notified/displayed on the website: www.du.ac.in on Tuesday, the 22nd August, 2023. Online admission shall commence from Friday, the 23rd August, 2024,” read an official statement from DU.

Step 2: On the homepage, under News & Updates, click on the link that reads, 'First cut-off list for admission to B.A.(P)/B.Com.'

Step 4: A list will open on your screen.
Step 5: Check the cut-off and download the pdf file.
What Is Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB)?
Established in 1922, the University of Delhi amended the Delhi University Act in 1943 to allow women students to take exams with special coaching, leading to the creation of the Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB). The Board caters exclusively to women residing in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
Starting with just 3 students in September 1944, NCWEB now has over 31,000 enrollees. Initially, classes for undergraduate and postgraduate courses were held at the Arts Faculty Complex. However, due to a surge in student numbers, additional centers were opened across various constituent colleges of the University.
Classes are conducted on Saturdays, Sundays, and during academic breaks, totaling 50 teaching days annually. At undergraduate centers, classes run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with six periods each day.
The Board provides financial aid and book loans to needy students. The program is cost-effective, utilizing existing educational infrastructure during off-peak times. Guest faculty, appointed according to UGC/DU guidelines, are responsible for teaching NCWEB students.
