RSS-affiliated Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) has accused members of the NSUI, including DUSU Vice President Abhi Dahiya, of vandalising the Delhi University Students' Union (DUSU) office on North Campus.

"A complaint has been received at Maurice Nagar Police Station. Police will investigate the matter and take appropriate action," news agency PTI quoted Deputy Commissioner of Police (North) MK Meena as saying on Sunday.

According to ABVP's statement, Dahiya and others allegedly ransacked the offices of DUSU President Tushar Dedha, DUSU Secretary Aparajita, DUSU Joint Secretary Sachin Baisla, and the visitor room early Sunday morning.

"The attackers reportedly consumed alcohol in Dahiya's office before vandalizing the DUSU property," ABVP claimed, sharing video footage showing empty bottles in Dahiya's office and recordings of vandalized offices. They demanded Dahiya's removal from his position.

In response, NSUI denied the allegations and accused ABVP members of vandalizing the vice president's office.

Reacting to the incident, Dahiya stated, "Last night, several ABVP members attacked my office at Delhi University. This comes after I exposed the fake degree of an ABVP office bearer and DUSU President." He vowed to take legal action and demanded the release of CCTV footage to prove his innocence.

"I will expose this conspiracy in court to clear my name and NSUI's reputation," Dahiya added.
