The national Testing Agency (NTA) has started accepting applications for the CUET UG 2023 exam. Interested candidates can submit their applications online on the official CUET website - cuet.samarth.ac.in. The last date to submit the CUET UG 2023 Registration cum Application forms is March 12, 2023. As per the official announcement, the CUET UG 2023 Exam will begin from May 21, 2023.
Earlier on February 9, UGC Chairman Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar took to twitter to announce the opening of CUET UG 2023 Registration window today. Making the announcement through his official twitter handle, the UGC Chairman said that “Online Submission of Application Form for Common University Entrance Test [CUET (UG) - 2023] for Admission to Undergraduate Programmes will start tonight. Last date for submission of applications is 12 March 2023.”

CUET UG 2023: Application Fee
The CUET UG 2023 Application Fee could vary accordingly, based on the number of entrance subjects opted by any specific candidate. A candidate can choose up to 10 subjects for the CUET UG 2023 Exam.
Based on the number of preferred subjects, category of candidates,and the choice of examination centre, the CUET UG 2023 Application Fee could vary anywhere between Rs 650 to Rs 11,000. For more details on the CUET UG 2023 Application Fee, candidates are advised to visit the official website.
CUET UG 2023: Exam Details
The CUET UG 2023 Exam will be held from May 21 to 31, 2023. The exam will be held in the online CBT (Computer Based Test) mode. The exam paper will consist of objective-type multiple-choice questions or MCQs. Moreover, the CUET UG 2023 Examination will be conducted in 13 languages; English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
The Section 1A and 1B of the CUET UG Exam 2023 will have 13 Indian languages and 20 other languages, respectively. Section 2 of the exam will have 27 domain subjects, while Section 3 will be a general test. The CUET UG 2023 Exam will be conducted on multiple days in three shifts, depending on the number of applicants appearing for the exam and the choice of subjects opted for.

CUET UG 2023: Eligibility Criteria
To apply for CUET UG 2023, candidates must have passed any one of the following qualifying exams:
- The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognized Central/ State Board, such as the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi; Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi; etc.
- Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a recognized Board/ University.
- Final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy
- Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of five subjects.
- Any Public School/ Board/ University examination in India or any foreign country is recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
- Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination.
- A Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 years duration.
- General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
- High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.
- Candidates who have completed the Class 12 (or equivalent) examination outside India or from a Board not specified above should produce a certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) to the effect that the examination they have passed is equivalent to the Class 12 Examination.
- In case the Class 12 Examination is not a public examination, the candidate must have passed at least one public (Board or Pre-University) examination earlier.
Besides the above-mentioned list of qualifying examinations, candidates must note that the further detailed eligibility criteria might vary from one university to another. Therefore, candidates are advised to go through the detailed admission eligibility criteria of universities interested in, and ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria for their preferred programme in their desired university.

- Register yourself by furnishing your basic details, and choose your preferred password
- Login to the portal again and fill in the application form with all required details
- Upload all relevant documents
