Candidates who appeared for the CLAT 2023 Exam can now file their grievances online pertaining to the exam and the CLAT 2023 Final Answer Key. The Consortium of NLUs has opened the “CLAT 2023 Grievance Filing Window” today, December 26, and the window shall remain open till December 29, 2022 (till 09:00 PM). Grievances are to be raised through the official CLAT 2023 portal - consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
The Consortium of NLUs in an official statement released on on its website on December 23, stated that “The Consortium of National Law Universities has constituted a Grievance Redressal Committee to receive and respond to any grievances that candidates may have with respect to the Common Law Admission Test 2023 (“CLAT 2023”). Candidates may file a grievance regarding the CLAT 2023 Final Answer Keys as well as the conduct of CLAT 2023 at their respective Test Centres.”

“Grievances against the Final Answer Key may be raised ONLY by candidates who have submitted objections as per the Consortium’s “Notification: Objections to Question Paper and Provisional Answer Key” dated December 18, 2022. Grievances may be filed between 9:00 A.M. on Monday, December 26, 2022 until 9:00 A.M. on Thursday, December 29, 2022. No further grievances will be considered after that time. Grievances received over email, support tickets on the website or phone calls will not be considered,” the statement added.
CLAT 2023: How To File Grievances?
- Visit the official CLAT website - consortiumofnlus.ac.in
- Login to your account
- Click on the “Submit Grievance” button
- State the nature of your grievance
- Describe your grievance (1000 characters max)
- Upload supporting documents
- Submit the declaration form
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button
