'ICSE board also to cancel class 10 and 12 board exams. However, ICSE doesn't agree to give option to students to write exam later,' Solicitor General Tushar Mehta informs Supreme Court during the crucial hearing on board exams cancellation on Thursday.
The Central Board Of Secondary Education (CBSE) has also cancelled the remaining examinations of class 10th and class 12th which were earlier scheduled for July 1-15. The Board has howveer said that if class 12th students would like to take the examination later on, they can pt for it, once the atmosphere is conducive.

The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) had earlier said that it has decided not to force students to appear for the pending Board examinations of classes 10 and 12 which were scheduled to begin from July 1. The Board submitted their decision to the Bombay High Court on Monday in response to a petition. Initially, the exams were scheduled between February 27 to March 30, but due to the nationwide lockdown, the exams from March 19 onwards were cancelled.
