The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to conduct the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) this month on January 31. The Admit Cards for CTET 2120 is expected to be issued from next week. Once released, the candidates can check and download the hall tickets for the exam at the official website – ctet.nic.in.


Earlier, CTET Exam date was scheduled in July 2020 but due to the COVID-19 lockdown, CTET Exam was postponed.

CTET 2021 Admit Cards:


The Central Board of Secondary Education usually issues the admit cards 10 days ahead of the exam. Since the exam will be held on January 31, the admit card is expected between January 20 to 26.

Once released, candidates can download the hall ticket by visiting the official website of CTET. On the homepage, you will find “CTET July 2020 Admit Card”, fill the details requested which include registration number and date of birth/password and press Submit. You will be directed to the screen where your admit card will be displayed. Download and take a print of the admit card.

Exam Rules Amid Covid-19 Pandemic:


In the wake of COVID-19 outbreak, each and every participant is required to maintain social distancing, wear face mask throughout the exam, take personal hand sanitiser and disposable hand gloves, keep personal water bottle and ball pen.

To maintain social distance and other safety measures, the CTET will be held across 135 cities. The new exam cities are Lakhimpur, Nagaon, Begusarai, Gopalganj, Purnia, Rohtas, Saharsa, Saran, Bhilai/ Durg, Bilaspur, Hazaribagh, Jamshedpur, Ludhiana, Ambedkar Nagar, Bijnor, Bulandshahr, Deoria, Gonda, Mainpuri, Pratapgarh, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur and Udham Singh Nagar.

CTET is held twice a year - in July and in December. However, the exams were significantly delayed this year because of the Coronavirus pandemic. Candidates can check the latest updates about the test on its official website: ctet.nic.in.
