CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday canceled the CBSE class 12 board examination 2021 in wake of the covid-19 pandemic. The decision was taken during a high-end meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself. The decision was taken after PM Modi was briefed on all possible prospects that have emerged following extensive discussions with all Union ministers, cabinet secretary, and other stakeholders. 


It was decided that the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will devise an objective criterion to evaluate the CBSE Class 12 board students. 


After the meeting, PM Modi on his official Twitter handle wrote, "Government of India has decided to cancel the Class 12 CBSE Board Exams. After extensive consultations, we have taken a decision that is student-friendly, one that safeguards the health as well as future of our youth."


Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the anxiety amongst students, parents, and teachers regarding the class 12 board examination must be put to an end. He further said that students should not be forced to appear for the CBSE class 12 board examination amidst the covid-19 pandemic.
