In normal years, practicals are taken in the month of January and board examinations start from February till March," the Education Minister has said earlier.

In the examinations, there will be 33 per cent internal choices in order to give students a better opportunity to score marks. Overall, the marks are going to be given on an 80:20 basis, as usual i.e. theory papers will carry 80 marks and internal assessment will be of 20 marks.

It is advised to students appearing for CBSE Class 10 board exams to check latest sample papers and marking scheme for 2021 session. Even it is being said that the practical exams will be held in school labs rather than online labs or O-labs.
