Bihar PHED AE Recruitment 2018: The Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) of Bihar Government has announced a recruitment process on the official website bih.nic.in for the post of assistant engineer. There a total of 70 posts on offer. Candidates for this post will be selected on the basis of the marks obtained in the GATE examination.
