BSEB is the first state-board in the country to release Class 10th Exams Results 2019. The Bihar State Education Board (BSEB) had organized the annual exams for Matric or Class 10th in the month of February 2019. The results of the same were declared on 6th April 2019, earlier this month. A total of 16.6 lakh students had appeared for Bihar Board Class 10th Exams 2019, out of which 13.2 lakh candidates passed the matriculation exams. Boys outshined girls in the state this year, wherein top 10 spots were secured by boys only.
An overall pass percentage of 80.73% was recorded for BSEB Class 10th Results 2019.
Students who cleared their matriculation exams can choose any of the three major streams to pursue higher education viz Commerce, Arts or Science or opt for Vocational courses. These students will be required to register themselves at Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) portal in order to secure admissions in the over 3319 Higher Secondary Schools and Inter Colleges in the state of Bihar.
Interested students are required to submit their marksheets, passing certificates and other requisite documents in OFSS along with an application fee of Rs.300/-. Applicants can choose up to 20 Inter-colleges and Higher Secondary Schools in their applications.
