New Delhi: A massive fire broke out at a factory in Delhi's Anand Vihar area on Saturday, officials said, adding that no deaths or injuries were reported in the blaze.


As soon as information was received, fire tenders were rushed to the spot to control the fire.


According to ANI, the cause of the fire could not be ascertained.


In a separate incident, a fire broke out in an electronic factory in the Sahibabad Industrial area in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad. 11 fire tenders were deployed at the spot.





Speaking on the fire incident, Bhaskar Verma, ACP Sahibabad told PTI, “The police reached and evacuated the building after getting information of a fire at a factory which makes electronic equipment. 11 fire tenders are at the spot and efforts are on control the blaze."




Earlier on Wednesday, a massive fire broke out in a factory in the Kavi Nagar industry area in Ghaziabad.

 

The fire had broken out in the godown of the factory where all the raw materials were kept.

 

Rahul Kumar, Chief Fire Officer had said, "The vehicles of the fire brigade surrounded the affected factory from all sides, and after a lot of effort, they brought it under control."

 

When the fire broke out, no employee was present in the factory, hence there was no loss of life.
