Speaking in the Delhi Assembly, Arvind Kejriwal said, "The way the BJP is attacking our government, arresting our leaders, trying to stop us from working and attacking us from all corners. Each and every kid in the country is watching what is happening. They think people are fools, but they are not.”

Two AAP MLAs came up to me and said that people from the BJP came up to us and said that Kejriwal is going to be arrested soon. After that, we will topple the AAP government in Delhi, and 21 AAP MLAs are in touch with us. Join our party, and we will give you Rs. 25 crore. In actuality, the BJP contacted 7 MLAs."
While speaking in the Delhi Assembly during the Trust Vote, Delhi CM Kejriwal said that for some days the BJP has been thinking that if they will arrest me the AAP party will be finished. He further said, "The BJP can arrest Kejriwal but how will you arrest Kejriwal's ideology".
AAP MLA Rajesh Rishi says, "Today the situation in the country has become such that the PM of the country has started considering himself a king, breaking the government of other parties and forming his own government has become his operation lotus. Today there is no authority to speak about the progress of the country. We saw what Modi government did in Chandigarh. The people who are voting to choose their government, their votes are rejected and how attempts are made to form government".
Kasturba Nagar MLA Madan Lal stated that the BJP has been continuously trying to undermine and disrupt the functioning of the Kejriwal government through various means, including poaching MLAs and interfering in its operations.
During the Trust Vote in the Delhi Assembly, the AAP said that PM Modi "reminded of Adolf Hitler," who wanted to conquer the world. Similarly, PM Modi wants to win everything, and when he fails to do so, he sends the ED and other agencies.
The Aam Aadmi Party in the Delhi Assembly on Saturday took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that the Prime Minister has become the king and governments are being broken. "I have complete trust in Arvind K govt. In today's scenario, the PM has become the king, and governments are being broken. BJP cheated in Chandigarh mayor polls," AAP MLA Rajesh Rishi said.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party is set to face trust vote in the Delhi Assembly on Saturday. The submission of the motion occurred one day prior to Kejriwal's scheduled appearance in the Rouse Avenue court, concerning an Enforcement Directorate (ED) case. The case alleged that the Delhi Chief Minister had consistently disregarded the summons issued by the agency.
Previously, during the submission of a confidence motion, Kejriwal emphasised the importance of showcasing to the public the House's confidence in the council of ministers. On February 14, Kejriwal received his sixth summons from the ED, directing him to appear before the central probe agency on February 19. Following Kejriwal's non-attendance on February 2, the agency lodged a case in court. Subsequently, on February 17, the Rouse Avenue court summoned Kejriwal, and asked him to appear before the court, and emphasised that the AAP national convenor was "legally bound" to participate in the ED investigation.
Speaker Ram Niwas Goel said that the House will discuss the motion on February 17. However, opposition leader Ramvir Singh Bidhuri stated that Saturday's motion was not included in the schedule.
“A discussion on the confidence motion has been scheduled on Saturday when the Rouse Avenue court has summoned Kejriwal (on February 17) over skipping ED summons in liquor scam. The sitting of the House was not fixed for February 17 according to the earlier schedule. The CM has got a discussion on confidence motion scheduled on Saturday so that he can use this as an excuse to avoid appearance before the court,” Bidhuri said.
While moving the trust vote in the House on Friday, Kejriwal restated his assertion that the Bharatiya Janata Party was making efforts to poach Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs with the aim of toppling his administration.
The Delhi CM had stated that BJP had promised Rs 25 crore each to seven AAP MLAs to overthrow his administration, to which BJP had responded by calling his accusation "absurd and baseless." Following this, BJP state president Virendra Sachdeva, opposition leader in the Delhi Assembly Ramvir Singh Bidhuri, and North East Delhi MP Manoj Tiwari filed a complaint with Delhi Police Commissioner, Sanjay Arora on January 30, to request an inquiry into Kejriwal's allegations.
