Uttar Pradesh: At least nine people were arrested on October 31 after they attacked police officers patrolling near Holi Chowk in Banke's Cantonment in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly district on Diwali. The police team had reached the spot after receiving information about the men gambling in the area.
