Neha Singh Rathore: Controversial folk singer Neha Singh Rathore, often in the news for her satirical songs, has now taken a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi amid escalating tension between India and Pakistan following the Indian armed forces' Operation Sindoor.

"Chawkidar kayar ba...," Rathore said in the video. In the song, the singer has also mentioned US President Donald Trump's claims about his role in the ceasefire. Rathore was recently booked for sedition over her "provocative social media posts targeting a particular community" in the wake of the Pahalgam terror attack.

Demand For Action Against Neha Singh

Some social media users have demanded action against the singer for the song on the sensitive issue amid tensions between India and Pakistan. One person wrote, "UP Police, I request you to please take appropriate action because in the current tense atmosphere, this video will spoil the atmosphere of the country, and will also embolden the enemy country to use this video against India."

Is Neha Singh Rathore singing such songs for views? One person commented after watching the video - 'Please stop the theatrics. After Pahalgam, you always tweet why the government is not taking revenge, once the government said no war and then did this. What do you want from the government. I am not a BJP supporter. Let the government do its work. I think you are doing this only for views.'

Meanwhile, a user commented - 'Neha Singh Rathore first demanded revenge from Pakistan. When our army started taking revenge, she said Say No To War. Now that there is a ceasefire, she is singing a song saying "Chowkidar Kayar Ba", meaning she is mad, blindly opposed to Modi?'
