Two dreaded Naxal leaders carrying rewards of Rs 10 lakh and 5 lakh were gunned down by security forces in Jharkhand's Latehar district on Saturday. Another dreaded member was injured and arrested, reported PTI, quoting sources.
Pappu Lohara, a member of the Naxal renegade outfit, Jharkhand Jan Mukti Parishad was carrying a reward of Rs 10 lakh while Prabhat Ganjhu was carrying Rs 5 lakh reward.
Another dreaded member of the group was injured and arrested. An INSAS rifle has been recovered from him and the operation is still underway, as per the PTI report.
