Reels from Raja Raghuvanshi's wedding, shared by his influencer sister Shrasti Raghuwanshi, have gone viral on social media. The clips, posted on the sister's Instagram account with over 370,000 followers, show moments from the ceremony and pre-wedding celebrations.

Raghuvanshi, whose family is involved in the transport business, got married to Sonam on May 11 in Indore. They left for Meghalaya on May 20 and went missing on May 23.

Raghuvanshi's body was found in a deep gorge near a waterfall in the Sohra area (also known as Cherrapunji) of Meghalaya's East Khasi Hills district on June 2, as per officials.

Raghuvanshi's wife Sonam (25) and her three alleged aides -- Akash Rajput (19), Vishal Singh Chauhan (22) and Raj Singh Kushwaha (21) -- have been arrested in connection with the murder. Meghalaya police said Sonam had allegedly hired killers to get rid of her husband during their honeymoon in the north-eastern state last month, just days after their marriage in Indore.

One recurring shot shows Raja joyfully applying sindoor on Sonam’s forehead, while Sonam appears noticeably subdued. Netizens are scrutinising the clips for possible foreshadowing of the tragic events in Meghalaya.

Many have praised Shrasti’s efforts to support her family and share updates, while others accused her of capitalising on the tragedy for engagement. One accusatory comment noted: “Milking personal tragedies for engagement has become second nature to some.
