New Delhi: A strong sandstorm swept through Rajasthan's Jaisalmer since late last night, significantly reducing visibility across the region and causing a noticeable dip in temperature.
The desert city woke up to hazy skies and swirling dust on Sunday morning, with visibility levels dropping sharply due to the continuing storm. Local residents reported the air being thick with sand and a sharp decline in the early morning temperature.
“The temperature has reduced significantly this morning; the visibility is very low,” said a local resident to news agency ANI, describing the severe impact of the storm on daily life.
