Four persons were charred to death in a house fire at Saraswati Enclave in Haryana's Gurugram on Saturday. The incident occurred at 12:15 am, while the four were sleeping in the same room, according to ANI. 






Police rushed to the spot, as soon as they were informed and soon the fire brigade and ambulance to the site of the incident. While the reason behind what caused the fire has been ascertained as a short circuit said police. All the deceased are said to be from Bihar. 


While speaking to ANI, the father of one of the deceased expressed grief and said that sounds were coming from the room and when the forcible opened the gate, he said it was all smoke. His son was 17 years old. “When the fire brigade arrived, we had already extinguished the fire."


According to NDTV,  the deceased have been identified as Mohammad Mushtaq, 28, Noor Alam, 27, Sahil, 22, and Aman, 17. They were living in a rented house in J block of the society. 


The uncle of two of the deceased, Muhammad Shafiq, said that the “Police reached the spot and conducted a proper investigation. They called the fire brigade and ambulance. It took a long time. Nobody could be saved, all got burnt alive. We are natives of Bihar.”


Councillor Brahma Yadav assured that he would try his best to provide the family of the deceased with all possible help and expressed grief saying, "This incident is horrifying beyond imagination. I talked with SHO sir as well. The whole Saraswati enclave is with the family of the deceased. We will try our best to provide this family with all possible help including economic help."
