A major accident has occurred allegedly due to online map navigation. The car of a station master, who relied on an online navigation app in Greater Noida, fell into a 30-foot-deep drain, leading to his death.
The incident happened near P3 sector of the Beta Two police station area, when station master Bharat Bhati, a resident of Mandavali, Delhi, was going to a wedding ceremony. He was reportedly driving at high speed in front of Kendriya Vihar-2 society and his car suddenly fell into the drain.

As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot. The police worked hard to get the station master out, and then took him to the hospital, however, he had died by then. The police identified the station master from the ID card found with him, and then informed his family.
As reported by PTI, although some locals speculated that Singh may have been led astray by incorrect navigation on his device, authorities stated that they had no evidence to confirm this theory, as his mobile phone had not yet been recovered.
