Hyderabad MLA T Raja Singh has again sparked a controversy with his remarks. T Raja Singh, who is known to deliver "hate speeches", has now said Muslim eateries in the vicinity of Mahakal Temple should be shut down. "There should be no hotels of Muslims around Mahakal temple," he said.
Goshamahal assembly seat representative T Raja Singh, who is in Bhopal to join the Sanatan Hindu Ekta padyatra led by Bageshwar Dham's chief pontiff Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, has demanded the Madhya Pradesh government to ban all eateries owned by Muslims within a 50 km radius of Mahakal temple. Dhirendra Krishna Shastri's nine-day foot march ended on Friday morning.
MLA T Raja, who reached Ujjain for Mahakal darshan after participating in the march, demanded that CM Mohan Yadav conduct a survey of all the eateries. MLA T Raja Singh offered prayers at the Mahakal temple sanctum sanctorum on Thursday evening. After that, he spoke to the media.
T Raja Singh said that if Hindus come to the temple after eating in an "unholy place", their worship will not be accepted. "I request MP CM Mohan Yadav that a survey of all the hotels around Mahakal temple should be done. What is being cooked in them and what is being sold? An investigation should be conducted," he said.
'Sambhal Shahi Jama Masjid Will Be Removed If...'
MLA T Raja Singh said that the survey will be conducted at the Shahi Jama Masjid In Sambhal. "The team that went to conduct the survey was attacked and stones were hurled at the police. I want to ask those who are stopping the survey of Sambhal mosque — are you afraid that a Shankar temple will really emerge," he said. T Raja Singh said that if a temple is found there then "the mosque will be removed and a grand temple will be built" in its place.
