A content creator from India recently took to social media to talk about his experience with Uber in the United States and lauded the ride aggregator for the quality of services offered by the platform.
YouTube content creator, Ishan Sharma, in a post on social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, said that a routine booking with Uber in Los Angeles, US resulted in him getting a ride in a Mercedes Benz car. “Booked a regular Uber. A Mercedes pulls up! Only in Los Angeles,” the post read. Sharma also shared that he bonded with the cab driver and also made them listen to Punjabi music also.
The post quickly became viral and many users on the platform shared their experience with Uber in different cities across the world. One of the users said that this quality of service from the company was the usual standard in Dubai.
Another user mentioned that in most European cities, the ride provider offered cab services via these kind of cars. Others mentioned this was a common occurence in Asian cities like Singapore also.

However, a user from India shared his experience with Uber in Bengaluru, the Indian IT city, and pointed out the stark difference in the quality of services offered.
The post highlighted the difference in purchasing powers for different countries. One of the users wrote, "Things like this make me realise just how rich people are in other countries."
