The Noida Authority is looking to challenge the decision of the Allahabad High Court (HC) instructing it to register the flats in Lotus Boulevard Espacia and Lotus 300 societies located in Noida. The move marks the continuation of troubles for the residents who have been waiting to obtain registries of their flats and have made all the payments required. Notably, the high court issued an order earlier in February instructing the authority to execute registries in home buyers’ names in the
