Gold, Silver Price Today: While the gold price stabilizes globally, we are witnessing fluctuations in the price of gold in the country today. At the same time, a fall in the price of silver has also been recorded. The upcoming meeting of the US Federal Reserve regarding the monetary policy may have an impact on the gold rates in the coming days.


Today, on Multi Commodity Exchange, gold was trading at Rs. 48,543 per 10 grams with a nominal spike of Rs. 20. Yesterday, gold rates were recorded at Rs. 48,523 per 10 grams.


The rate of silver fell by Rs. 521 in the meanwhile. Today, it has been recorded at Rs. 71,358 per kilogram. Whereas yesterday, its price was Rs. 71,879 per kilogram.

Globally, too, there has been a dip in the price of spot gold.  


In the international market, the price of spot gold has fallen by 0.05 percent and reached $1,866.15 per ounce. This is lowest price recorded since 17th May. At that time, its price had reached $1,843.99 per ounce. Its effect has also been seen on the price of spot gold in India. In the domestic market, the price of spot gold declined by 0.02 percent to Rs. 48750 per 10 grams today. Its price in the market was Rs. 48,760 per ten grams yesterday. 


In the meanwhile, US gold futures were sold at $1,868.40 an ounce with a 0.1 percent increase.
