Gold and silver prices in India have tumbled. Gold saw a 0.02% fall today and is currently priced at Rs. 47,110 per ten grams. This price is 0.43% lower than last week.


In Indian Markets, Gold was priced at Rs. 47,311 per 10 grams last week. However, if you look at the price of gold in the global market, its price has increased by 0.18% and is currently at USD 1816.70 per ounce.

Gold prices globally are on a steady rise. Currently, the price of gold in global markets is at USD 1816.70 per ounce. This surge has caused the price of gold in the global market to be 4.24% higher than last month. On the contrary, silver prices in global markets have fallen by 0.06% to USD 25.20 per troy ounce.


In addition to gold, platinum prices have also increased by 0.05%. With this growth, the price of one troy ounce of platinum is currently at USD 1078.0.


According to MCX, gold prices in India changed from Rs. 98.6 to Rs. 46964 per 10 grams. The price of 24-carat gold was recorded at Rs. 47110 in Indian markets.


Silver futures fell nearly 0.37% to Rs. 237.5 on the MCX. Its current price in the Indian market is Rs. 641.80 per kg. The rupee has been strong and steady in comparison to the U.S. Dollar, and any price fluctuations seen today show no relation with the rise or fall of the U.S. Dollar.
