New Delhi: You should complete all your important bank-related work today because banks will be closed for the next 2 days. In Jammu and Srinagar, banks will remain closed for the next 3 days from today. In the North-East, banks will be closed on June 30 in Aizawl, the capital of Mizoram.  


The apex bank of the country, the Reserve Bank of India, releases the list of holidays every month for all the banks in the country. This information is provided so that bank account holders do not face any issues.


June 26 is the fourth Saturday of this month and thus it will be a bank holiday across the country, while all the banks will be closed the following day as it will be a Sunday.

Holiday in Jammu and Srinagar banks today 


Today banks in Jammu and Srinagar are closed on the occasion of Guru Hargobind's birth anniversary. The banks will be closed in Mizoram, including the capital Aizawal, on June 30, i.e. Wednesday, as this day is observed as a regional public holiday - 'Remna Ni'. All banks in the country will remain open on 28 and 29 June so customers can complete all their important work.
