Ultraviolette, based out of Bengaluru has launched its new F77 Mach 2 bike in India with a starting price of Rs 2.99 lakh. This is the updated version of the F77 while this pricing is for first 1000 buyers only.


It is the fastest electric motorcycle while its range figure is 323 km with its 10.3 kWh battery pack for the Recon version. The Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 has 30 kW (40.2 hp) of power along with 100 Nm of peak torque. The EV maker claims that the acceleration from 0 to 60 km/hr takes place in 2.8 seconds while it has a top speed of 155 km/hr.


The standard bike meanwhile has a 7.1kWh battery pack with a range of 211km. Other additions include 3-level Traction Control System and 10 levels of Regenerative Braking plus  Dynamic Stability Control.


Some of these features are bundled into two new optional packages for the F77 Mach 2 with the Performance Pack having 10-levels of Regenerative Braking with Dynamic Regen and above mentioned 4-level Traction Control.


Other features include navigation, tyre pressure monitoring system, hill hold, charge limit and more. 


There are two versions Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 and the F77 Mach 2 Recon with three personas Shadow, Airstrike and Laser.


The Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 is priced at Rs 2,99,000 for the first 1,000 customers while the higher-range F77 Mach 2 Recon comes in at Rs 3,99,000.


There is also an 8 years/800,000 km battery and drivetrain warranty for the F77 and on the F77 Mach 2 Recon.


While the looks are the same aggressive design, there are new colours and technology upgrades along with fast charging capability of under 60 minutes too.


Deliveries will begin from May 2024 for this electric performance motorcycle.
