Toyota and Maruti Suzuki have launched various products from its product portfolio with the Invicto being supplied by Toyota to the Rumion now being supplied by Maruti Suzuki. The Rumion is a re-styled Ertiga but this time unlike the Glanza, there are bigger differences.

Styling wise there is the biggest differentiation with a new chrome lined grille and new headlamps along with a tweaked front bumper. There are also new triangular fog lamp surrounds.

The Rumion also gets new dual tone alloy wheels which actually lends the car a premium look.

Inside, the design is similar to the Ertiga with a dual-tone look along with a wooden finish dashboard.

The Rumion also has a height-adjustable driver seat, split-fold second and third-row seats.

If we talk about features then it gets climate control, roof mounted AC, steering controls, Dual front and Front seat side airbags, ABS with EBD and Brake Assist, Engine immobilizer, ESP, Hill Hold assist, and ISO Fix Child seat anchorages.

Similar to the Ertiga the Rumion gets a 1.5L K series engine along with Integrated Starter generator (ISG) and E-CNG.

Prices are not out yet but we expect an increase from the Ertiga.

Compared to the Ertiga, the Rumion is slightly more premium while the Crysta like styling will certainly appeal to buyers.

It is also interesting regarding the waiting period as the Ertiga CNG especially has a high waiting period and it remains to be seen how many Toyota will get
