The Curvv petrol and diesel has been launched while neatly slotting in between the Nexon and the Harrier while it is closer to the Nexon in terms of its introductory pricing. Here, in this video we take a look at how the Curvv compares with the Nexon and Harrier in terms of pricing. The Curvv has been launched with two turbo petrol and a diesel engine while the Nexon comes with one turbo petrol and a diesel plus the Harrier is diesel only.

The Curvv petrol manual starts from Rs 9.99 lakh and goes till Rs 14.69 lakh. This is for the standard 1.2l turbo which is also present in the Nexon. The Nexon turbo petrol meanwhile starts from Rs 8 lakh while the top-end petrol DCA goes till Rs 15 lakh. The Curvv automatic prices are yet to be out but the DCA Revotron starts at Rs 12.4 lakh while the direct-injection turbo-petrol starts from Rs 14 lakh and Rs 16.49 lakh for the entry level DCA automatic.

The Curvv diesel meanwhile starts from Rs 11.49 lakh for the manual and the top-end manual diesel is Rs 17.69 lakh. The DCA diesel starts at Rs 13.99 lakh. The Nexon diesel starts at Rs 10 lakh while the top-end diesel automatic is 15.8 lakh. Do note that the Curvv diesel has a dual clutch automatic rather than an AMT which is there on the Nexon.

In comparison, the bigger Harrier is available in diesel only and starts from Rs 15.49 lakh while the top-end diesel automatic is Rs 26.44 lakh.

If we talk about features, the Curvv gets a lot more than the Nexon while nearly matching the Harrier. The Curvv carries a small price premium over the Nexon while the extra features like a panoramic sunroof, bigger coupe like styling, powered handbrake, bigger screen and more makes it worth the money. The Harrier is much bigger and has more space but is also much more expensive.
