While slightly more expensive over the earlier model, the new car has a tweaked front-end thanks to new adaptive LED lamps. It is the longest car in its class with a length of 4,819 mm and with a Wheelbase of 2,961 mm.
The exterior also features an 'Aluminium Satinated Exterior' plus the diffuser in Gloss Black. The interior is now more luxurious with a new M Sport flat-bottomed steering wheel plus new Aluminium Rhombicle Anthracite finish.
The comfort seats have extendable thigh support. The dash has a large curved display and more ambient lighting including an illuminated contour strip on the back of the front seats.
The features list includes 3-zone climate control with carbon filter, latest BMW OS with gesture control, digital key, park assistant and more. There is only one engine with the 3 Series LWB and the 330Li M Sport petrol has a 2.0l turbo unit with 258hp and 400Nm.
An 8-speed automatic is standard. We can expect BMW to introduce a diesel in the near future. The BMW 3 Series LWB continues to be the best selling sedan for this German luxury carmaker while it competes with the Mercedes-Benz C-Class and Audi A4.
