  • December 22, 2023: In the Hindu tradition, the Ekadashi fast is typically observed on the sunrise of the Ekadashi Tithi. However, when the Ekadashi Tithi spans two days, householders (Smart Sampradaya) are advised to observe the fast on the first day.

  • December 23, 2023: On this day, followers of the Vaishnav tradition will observe the Mokshada Ekadashi fast, also known as Vaishnav Ekadashi. Sannyasis and saints are recommended to observe the Ekadashi fast on the second day.
