In a grand swearing-in ceremony held at Kesarapalli IT Park on June 12, TDP chief N. Chandrababu Naidu took the oath as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. The event witnessed a confluence of notable figures from both the political and film industries.

Prominent actors such as Ram Charan, Konidela Chiranjeevi, superstar Rajinikanth, and actor-politician Nandamuri Balakrishna graced the ceremony with their presence. Following the swearing-in, these celebrities also had an opportunity to interact with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who attended the event, underscoring the significance of the occasion.

Nara Lokesh, Naidu's son and TDP general secretary, and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan also took the oath of office.

On the participation of the stars, N Chandrababu Naidu said, "The oath-taking ceremony shone even brighter today with the presence of our cinema legends. I thank Thalaivar @rajinikanth Garu, @KChiruTweets Garu, @AlwaysRamCharan Garu, and every superstar who graced the occasion."

However, the absence of 'RRR' star Jr NTR, who is the grandson of former Chief Minister and TDP founder N. T. Rama Rao, was notable.

The brother of Chandrababu Naidu's wife Bhuvaneshwari, Nandamuri Balakrishna's presence on stage came just days after he faced criticism for pushing actress Anjali during a pre-release event of a film.

The event also witnessed heartwarming movements and controversy. Prime Minister Narendra Modi held the hands of the actor-turned-politician brothers Chiranjeevi- Pawan Kalyan and brought them to the centre of the stage and applauded their role in the elections. In another incident, a video of Amit Shah pointing fingers at Tamilisai on stage with a dramatic expression also went viral on social media.
