Amidst fresh Indo-Pak tensions after the Pulwama terror attack, the top lawyers of the two countries are now pitched in a legal fight before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the Hague, in the high-profile Kulbhushan Jadhav case. India has accused Pakistan of misusing the International Court of Justice for propaganda as the top UN court began a four-day public hearing today. Jadhav, an Indian national was sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court on charges of espionage. India moved the ICJ in May the same year against the verdict.
