Mash 2 ripe avocados
Squeeze 1 lime, it will prevent avocado from oxidising.
Add finely chopped green chillies, tomatoes (remove the seeds), finely chopped onions, coriander and salt.
For Paneer mixture, heat some oil.
Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri Chillie Powder, 1/2 tsp Garam masala or Tikka masala, some Kasoori Methi and some salt.
Mix all the masalas well, fry a little bit in oil on a low flame.
Then add few spoons of water and 150 gm grated paneer.
Mix everything well.
Now take your choice of toasted bread slice. You can also use sourdough bread.
Apply avocado mix generously on the slice.
Top it up with the paneer mixture.
Garnish with fresh coriander and tomatoes
