Matcha Powder, Sparkling Water or Tonic Water, Honey, Lime
Add 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder to a small bowl. Strain the matcha through a fine sieve to remove any lumps to achieve a smooth texture.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of hot water to the matcha powder. Use a blender or matcha frother to blend until the matcha is completely melted and frothy.
If you want a sweeter matcha tonic, add your chosen sweetener to the matcha mixture. Mix well and adjust the sweetness to your taste.

Add ice to glass if desired and pour 1 cup sparkling water or tonic water. Stir gently to combine with matcha mixture.
