Japan To Australia, A Look At Modi's Three-Nation Trip

Prime Minister Narendra Modi started his three-nation trip to Japan, Papua New Guinea and Australia on May 19.

PM Modi visited Hiroshima for G7 Summit at invitation of Japanese PM Fumio Kishida.

PM Modi visited the Peace Memorial Museum and paid tribute to the Hiroshima victims.

PM Modi also attended the 3rd in-person Quad Summit, involving Australia, US and Japan.

Modi's visit to Papua New Guinea was the first ever by any Indian PM.

PM Modi and his PNG counterpart James Marape took part in the Forum for India-Pacific Islands Cooperation summit.

Fiji and PNG conferred their highest civilian honour on PM Narendra Modi during his visit.

In Australia, PM Modi held talks with his counterpart Anthony Albanese and also spoke to business leaders.
