World Kebab Day 2024: Know How To Prepare Malai Paneer Tikka

White masala can be a blend of yoghurt, fresh cream, cashew paste, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and white pepper. Mix these ingredients to form a smooth paste.
Cut the paneer into cubes.
In a bowl, mix the white masala, ajwain, chaat masala, and salt.
Add the paneer cubes and gently coat them with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the onion, tomato, and capsicum by cutting them into cubes.
Skewer the marinated paneer cubes alternately with onion, tomato, and capsicum.
Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (392°F).
Brush the paneer and vegetable skewers with a mix of butter and refined oil.
Grill the skewers for about 10–15 minutes or until the paneer and vegetables are cooked and slightly charred, turning occasionally.
In the last few minutes of grilling, sprinkle grated Amul cheese over the paneer skewers and allow it to melt.
Once done, remove the skewers from the grill. Drizzle with mint chutney.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprinkle of chaat masala.
