Methods To Prepare:

Dahi Kebab

In a bowl mix hung curd, grated paneer, grated cheese, chopped green chillies, fresh coriander and ginger and mix well.

Add cardamom powder, milk powder, salt and white pepper powder.

Divide into two equal portions. Shape into a ball and flatten. Sprinkle cornflour and keep aside.

Method To Prepare:

Pineapple Chutney

Marinate pineapple cubes with all the other ingredients and set aside for 30 minutes.

Place on a baking tray and roast at 1600C for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and blend.

Place in a serving bowl.

Method To Prepare:

Mint Chutney

Blend all the ingredients and pour into a serving bowl.

Note: While blending you can add 2 ice cubes to retain the fresh green colour.
